About the Role
As a Mentor, you will work directly with young individuals, helping them build confidence, develop key skills, and navigate their personal and professional growth. You will provide advice, share experiences, and offer encouragement, ensuring that each mentee receives the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer one-on-one mentorship to young leaders, guiding them through challenges and opportunities.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and leadership training sessions.
Collaborate with NexGen staff to align mentorship efforts with broader program goals.
Help mentees build career readiness, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
Provide feedback and encouragement, fostering a growth-oriented mindset.
