As an Impact Leadership Coach, you will engage with NexGen participants weekly, delivering impactful discussions, leadership insights, and actionable strategies to help them navigate personal and professional growth. Your role is to offer wisdom, motivation, and tools for success through ongoing sessions that reinforce NexGen’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly workshops, discussions, or coaching sessions on leadership and growth.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and real-world perspectives to young leaders.
Collaborate with NexGen leadership to align content with core program initiatives.
Help develop actionable strategies for mentees to build confidence and career readiness.
