About the Role
As NexGen’s CPA, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budget planning, and compliance. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that NexGen remains financially sound, transparent, and prepared for future funding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop efficient financial systems and processes tailored to a growing nonprofit.
Assist in preparing budget forecasts and financial strategies for NexGen’s expansion.
Oversee compliance with nonprofit tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Support grant writing efforts by providing financial data and projections.
Provide guidance on best financial practices, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
Requirements
Requirements:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
Experience in nonprofit financial management, compliance, and strategic budgeting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize financial operations in a resource-limited environment.
Familiarity with grant proposals, funding strategies, and IRS nonprofit regulations.
